Story Time!
This man with the guns is Rok's father, Celso. First of all, he's American, second, his hair is suppose to be dirty blonde, but I messed up ">>
Important things!
This is the scene that sent Celso to jail: Deadly Assault on a Minor. Actually he already had a warrant for his arrest long ago.
Seriously, now background info.

Celso has "done everything from car stealin' to drug dealin'." When he found out about the warrant, he fled to Mexico. There, he lived in hiding and got friendly with a few women. A year later, there was a baby at his doorstep (actually his yard, along with someone breaking his window.) Turns out, the baby was his, naming him Rok for "being as tough as a rock."

After five years living down south, they moved to America where Celso tried to change the error of his ways for the better of his son. Sadly, that son got himself into a skateboard gang of older teenagers when he was 7. They gave him the nickname Radar (since they used him to climb into small vents to see how tight the security was when they where going to rob a place) which stuck with him.

Celso got word of this and made sure he got his son out, which leads us to the above scene. The leader didn't take Celso seriously, therefore, ended up with hot lead in his body. Celso took his son back home, and for the first and only time, he hit Rok for taking a stupid risk.

The next day, was the worse day of Rok's life, also his 8th birthday. Knowing where Rok lived, the leader informed the police of the incident.

The policemen knew who Celso was and took him directly to prison. Since Rok had no other (known) relatives, he became a Ward.


I need to practice drawing kids -_-" I think this one looks better then others before it.
